How it Works
Send In or Drop Off Your Film
Mail it in or drop it offâwe accept 35mm, 120, and 110 film in color, black & white, or E-6.
We Develop, Scan, & Print
Your film is processed with care, scanned to digital files, and prepared for delivery or pick-up. You can also choose to receive prints and/or your returned negatives.
Get Your Images
Youâll get an email when your scans are readyâview them in your online account. Then pick up your negatives and prints in person or have them shipped right to your door.
How to Get Your Film to Us

Visit Our Location
Bring your film and hand us your rolls. Let us know what services youâd likeâno need to fill out a form, weâll take care of that for you in-store. -
Pickup or Delivery
Youâll receive an email when your order is ready. Choose in-store pickup or have your negatives mailed back to you.
Option 2: Mail-In

Package Your Film
Securely place your film in a bubble mailer or box, and include a note with your contact info and online order number. -

Typical turnaround: 1â2 days once received.
Youâll receive scans uploaded directly to your account or via email (if selected), and your negatives/prints by mail.

Can you develop old or expired film?
Yes! Expired film can still be developed, and sometimes it creates beautiful, unpredictable resultsâlike color shifts, grain, or fogging. That said, how well it turns out depends on how the film was stored and how old it is. If you're unsure, send it in. Weâre always happy to scan whatever we can get from the roll.

What kinds of film do you accept?
We process 35mm, 120, and 110 film in color (C-41), black & white, and E-6 slide film. Just shoot, drop off or send, and weâll take care of the rest.

Can I get my negatives back?
Yes! For no extra charge, we will cut and sleeve your negatives for you to pick up or send them back to you. There is also the option of keeping your negatives uncut in one long sleeve.

What happens if my roll is blank or has another issue?
If your roll comes back blank, weâll let you know right away. While we canât refund the development processâsince the chemistry and labor are still usedâweâre happy to refund the cost of the scanning.

Why would my roll turn out blank?
Common causes of blank rolls include:
- Expired or damaged film
- Underexposure (especially in low light without flash)
- Film loading issues
- Camera malfunctions (e.g. sticky shutter, film advance problems, flash sync issues)
- Severe light leaks
- Shooting in low light with a single-use camera without firing the flash
